Kim Kardashian’s wedding date has been causing a lot of speculation for some time, but now the date has been officially confirmed. Kim Kardashian will tie the knots with New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries on August 20th, 2011. This official date got leaked by a photo released by the People Magazine.
The wedding will take place in Montecito, California. Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries got engaged on May 18th following Kris Humphries’ 20.5 carat engagement ring present. This will be Kim Kardashian’s second marriage. The first with music producer Damon Thomas ended in 2004 after a few turbulent years. The reality star has also dated NFL star Reggie Bush before ending the short romance in 2009.
Kris Humphries will not be the first sportsperson to enter into the Kardashian family. Khloe Kardashian and Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom married in September 2009, while older sister Kourtney is in a long-term relationship with actor Scott Disick.
